With the concert coming up, here are a few key reminders to pass along:

  • Clear bag policy: Bags must be clear plastic or vinyl and not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″.

  • Standing room only: No chairs or seating—come dressed comfortably (FSY standards) with comfortable shoes.

  • Gates Open at 7:00 PM

  • Pre-show performances begin at 7:30 PM . We encourage youth to arrive early when gates open.

  • Main concert starts at 8:00 PM and concludes at 9:45 PM.

  • It is Important that you register for the night you will be attending. The maximum for each night is 2,500 attendees.

    • After you register, you will not immediately receive a confirmation by email, but your name will be in our database for check-in.

    • If you don’t receive an email, you can still come—we’ll verify registration at the event and provide a Strive to Be wristband.

    • Registration will remain open until we reach a maximum capacity of 2,500 for each night.

  • Complimentary water will be available. You do not need money, there are no other concessions.

  • One sealed water bottle per person (20 oz. max) is allowed in the venue.

  • Free parking spaces are available. Paid parking is also available if needed.

  • Because 2,500 attendees each night are expected — please review the established drop off and pickup location. Have a communication plan between youth and parents/leaders. If a youth doesn’t have a phone, they should have the phone number of those who will pick them up. Please communicate to parents and leaders to be patient as the pickup process may take time. See the below map for parking and drop-off locations. Volunteers will be onsite to direct traffic.
